    ACCEPT is the first Romanian non-governmental organization that defends and promotes the rights of LGBTs at the national level. ACCEPT provides legal assistance to people discriminated on account of their sexual orientation, gender or HIV positive status.

    The Ardhis's mission is to defend and promote the legal right of residence and asylum of homosexual and transsexual foreigners in France. The persons who the organization is working for suffer the double discrimination of being a foreigner but also a homosexual and / or transsexual. This discrimination can be experienced:
    - In daily life: access to employment, housing etc.
    - In relations with the prefectural government and / or consular
    - In their relationships with their cultural community in France
    Ardhi’s work focuses on the discrimination faced in relations with the prefectural government and / or consular, but the organization assists their customers also in dealing with other forms of discrimination.

    Law Centre (NI) is a not for profit agency working to advance social welfare rights in Northern Ireland. The Law Centre promotes social justice and provides specialist legal support to advice giving organisations and disadvantaged individuals. The organization delivers legal services to members in community care, employment, immigration, social security and mental health.

    Lesbian Section SKUC-LL is an NGO, which (among other areas of work) is providing victim's assistance, counseling and legal help for LGBT victims of discrimination, violence and harassment.     RAVAD is a LGBT assistance network with the aim of helping lesbian, gay, bisexual, transexual and transgender people victims of aggressions or discriminations. It was created on 13rd May 1953 by 13 different federated associations as well as other associations acting in their own names. So far, many other associations are members of this organisation. The board is composed of members of these associations and respects the LGBT principles of parity and equality.

    RKL does political lobbying as well as litigation in the courts. And it offers free legal counseling in all areas of the law related to lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender life. RKL is pleading for equal rights of same-sex partnerships, including same-sex marriage, and for comprehensive and effective antidiscrimination-legislation. RKL produces quarterly newsletter Ius Amandi, which deals with legal and political issues of lgbt-life.
