In the framework of the fund « Human Rights, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity », France Coopération Internationale (FCI) launches a call for proposals in order to finance projects
- Aiming at the fight against repressive legislations and/or the penalization of relationships between people of the same sex or
- Aiming at the fight for the freedom of speech and association on these themes
